CAPP的报告

The following instructions are for faculty and staff to run CAPP reports directly through Banner from their offices on campus. These are NOT instructions for running WebCAPP.

SMARQCM

• Type SMARQCM – 合规 Request Management Form – in Direct Access
  • By mouse: Select Student System Menu > CAPP Menu > 合规 Information Menu > 合规 Request Management Form

• Designate printer (first access of the day only), then exit (use exit icon or Ctrl + q).

 

关于SMARQCM表格:

1. 在ID字段中输入 学生证
2. Control/Page Down, Next Block, or Place Cursor in 评价项 场.

3. In blank 评价项 场, enter the 任期 or term for which registration is open.
   1. Example: 200750 – Indicates Fall (50) term for year 2007. Do not fill in any other 场s on form.
4. 下 选项 menu on left side of screen 点击 合规课程
5. Next to 选项, 点击 down arrow to locate 学生档案副本 toward the bottom of the 选项 menu.
6. 点击从学生记录复制. 这把你带到 一般学生摘要表格.
7. 双击或使用 Select 顶部/高亮线上的图标. This is the most recent information.
   1. The student’s curriculum information will automatically be populated from the General Student record into the compliance curriculum. If a message 盒子 appears that tells you a Primary and a Secondary program exists, select 小学课程. 这就是学生的学位目标. The Secondary Curriculum is Teacher Licensure information for use by Teacher Education faculty only.
8. 检讨合规性课程 准确性信息. Add concentration and minor codes if needed or desired. 从来没有 change a Catalog Term in a Secondary Curriculum.
9. 保存 the correct compliance curriculum information.
10. 下 选项菜单 点击 请求硬拷贝输出
11. In 合规类型 字段,类型 CAPRINT.
12. 单击 马上打印出来 盒子
13. In 学生地址类型 insert AA (student’s Active Address)
14. 保存 这个信息.
15. 下 选项 点击 提交处理
    1. A message 盒子 will appear to inform you that compliance is running.
16. When compliance is complete, double 点击 the 打印保存的CAPP报告 桌面图标.  Select the printer you’d like to use and 点击 OK.  Sometimes you will receive a pop-up message that says FRM-40654:  记录 has been updated by another user.  重新查询以查看更改.  Click OK three times and proceed to double 点击ing on the Print a 保存d CAPP  icon.

If 合规 has been run before:

1. 下 记录 at the very top of the page, Select 插入
2. 表单将被清除. Return and finish step #2 (评价项 Field). Continue with the rest of the steps.

 

To copy a previously run compliance:

1. 输入ID (如果你还没有)
2. 点击 复制现有请求 在选项菜单下
3. 点击 探照灯 next to Request # to Copy From (OR 输入请求# 如果已知).
4. 点击 Select icon or Shift + F3 (This is not needed if request # is known – see step #2)
5. 点击 复制过程 Button or Process copy under options.
6. 审查 合规课程中的数据. 根据需要进行更改.
7. 转到步骤9 (保存).

 

仅在线运行合规性:

在你 保存 (步骤9)，点击 提交 (最左边). If run online only, you will get the message: “合规 has been run for this request. No updates or deletions are allowed.单击“确定”. 在选项下，选择 显示合规结果.

Codes that have changed; students may still have the old codes. A complete listing can be found in our CAPP课程表 .

• CIM to CIN: CIM will not work in CAPP
• CMS to CIN: CMS will not work in CAPP
• ES2 Special Education minor code – SED will not work
• GSV to GR1, GR2: Depends on the catalog year
• HSW to HSP: HSW will not work in CAPP
• LES minor to LER: LES requires concentration and depends on catalog year
• MPR: Beginning 200050 use MUS – BM program, MUS major, MPR concentration
